HOW TO USE:

• Groom hairs in place with spoolie. 
• Outline shape by underlining beneath the brow starting from the tip, using short strokes. 
• Comb upwards to blend and soften. 
• Outline the top – create arch and extend through the tail end to elongate the brow. 
• Create small upward flicks at the tip of brow and fill in sparse areas as desired.
