Shipping Restrictions
Refused Packages
A $15 Non-Delivery Fee will be charged for refused shipments. The Non-Delivery fee will be charged to the payment form selected during checkout, and will be subtracted from any refund or store credit. All packages returned to sender due to customer error may be reshipped or refunded for a $6.99 fee.

Processing Time
All orders are generally processed within 24-72 hours of being placed. Orders received on Saturday and Sunday will begin processing next business day. Orders placed after 5:00pm PST will begin processing on the next business day. Please take into consideration the 24 -72 hour processing time.

Domestic Delivery Time - Standard Shipping
Orders shipped ground to the eastern U.S. can be expected within 5-10 business days. Ground orders shipped to the western U.S. generally take 3-7 business days. UPS services are sent on a 1-5 day service once they have completed processing. All UPS delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. The total time needed to deliver your package may be longer and is the responsibility of the carrier.
City Chick, LLC is not responsible for delays in delivery due to events beyond our control, including shortage of materials, labor strikes, transportation failures or acts of nature. Please note estimated shipping time does not include weekends and holidays.

Insurance
UPS is required for all deliveries to PO Boxes and military addresses. We cannot guarantee replacement of lost packages shipped via UPS. City Chick, LLC offers insurance on all packages for an additional cost. This ensures replacement for damaged items or lost packages.
Signature and insurance are automatically applied to all qualifying orders of $500.00 or more. We highly recommend these shipping options to ensure the safe delivery of your order. If you choose to waive these options by unchecking the selection or signing ahead on the FedEx website, City Chick, LLC will not be held liable for any shipment damaged or not received.

Out of Stock
If an item in your order is out of stock, we will fulfill the remainder of your order and provide you with an estimated ship date of the backordered item(s).
